How this list was put together
- Rentals and homes for sale come from Redfin, which also carries many Zillow rental listings. Zillow blocked direct searching. Community details come from each community's own website, cited on its card.
- Listings rarely say everything. When a listing leaves out something on our list, the card says so and suggests what to ask, rather than guessing.
- Checked and ruled out: Cumberland Woods Village, Vincentian Terrace Place, The Village at St. Barnabas, Hampton Fields Village and Concordia at Cabot (apartments without garages); Masonic Village at Sewickley (no rental option, about $8,400/mo plus entrance fee); Hunters Point and Park Place townhomes (bedrooms upstairs); Venango Trails (no one-level plans found).
- "Photos" links open the listing or community website, where the photos and floor plans belong to their owners.
- Prices and availability change quickly. Treat anything here as a lead to confirm by phone.
